Is there anyway a vec would ignore a step?
Reason I`m asking is in ref to this vec:
01 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
02 goto step 15 if holiday in table 3
03 goto step 15 if holiday in table 10
04 goto step 15 if staffed-agents in skill 999 > 0
05 goto step 15 if time-of-day is fri 20:00 to sat 09:00
06 goto step 15 if time-of-day is sat 17:00 to sun 09:00
07 goto step 15 if time-of-day is sun 17:00 to mon 08:00
08 goto step 15 if time-of-day is all 20:00 to all 08:00
09 announcement 12352
10 announcement 12323
11 route-to number 14121 with cov y if unconditionally
12 stop
13 disconnect after announcement 12205
14 stop
15 route-to number 908000835316 with cov n if unconditionally
16 stop
In hol table 3 it said the following :
Month Day Hour Min Month Day Hour Min Description
02 05 09 00 02 05 17 00 DIRECT CLOSED SUND 5th FEB
Calls routed to announcement 12205 which is step 13 all day yesterday for this line.
The account managers want an explanation but I cant give it to them. Its driving me nuts. The number definately routes to the vdn and the vec as Ive tested it and run reports.
Is there any explaination for this or a known issue that would make the vec IGNORE steps??
