Can´t Invoke data dump (EDD)

I´ve got and option 11c rls. 25.40 with high traffic, when I go to LD 43 It appears:

>ld 43
BACKGROUND SESSION 0 ABORTED.
EDD000

If I try invoke the data dump EDD It does nothing, It donesn´t work any command in LD 43 (DAT, EDD CLR etc), I dont know if the EDD midnight routing It´s working.
Any idea for this problem?

I tried with level2 password and I´ve got the same problem, Well I dont know what cause this, I`ve made some changes If I reset the PBX I could lose the changes

The PBX doesnt respond to any command that type (EDD, EDD CLR) It make nothing:

It just hang up until I type ****

The only time i have seen an error like that is when i had been in that load with a maintenance telephone, and didn't log out of it. do you have a maintenance telephone? if you do, you could try and EDD via that.

I would do an INI, you won't loose any changes.

I have the same problem when entering ld 43 with Option 11C release 25.40B

Once in, I get:

BACKGROUND SESSION 0 ABORTED.
EDD000

instead I should get

BACKGROUND SESSION 0 ABORTED.
EDD000
.

when no "." edd cannot be invoked. It happens once midnight routines had started. New CPU and flash daugther board had been replaced with no success.

Any idea?

Do you have a pressing need to do a manual EDD?

You have 43 in the Mids, but the system will do a backup if you made any changes. Have you looked at the printout from when the system does the MIDS to see if it is doing a backup.

Can you get into any of the Mntce LD's?


System stuck in midnights (program 30), when any mtce overlay is loaded the system responds BACKGROUND SESSION 0 ABORTED. The system had DCH messaging turned on, as soon as we turned it off midnights progressed as normal.

swap cpus and try to data dump. I saw this the other day and we swapped cores and completed a data dump, then swapped back and was able to complete.

We are looking for a patch to resolve this.

Option 11C only has 1 CPU, Do an INI. just push the button on SSC and wait about 20 Sec.

Hi! Thank you all for the help.

I've done many times an INI. Whan it is finished, switch is able to do EDDs, but it fails again once midnight routines are invoked.

I'll go crazy with it.
