I dont think there is a send-calls button on this analog phone at a remote site but when dialed it goes straight to voicemail and shows (cover) as soon as I dial it.

is there another setting within the switch that may have been changed?

I cancelled any remote forwarding with FACs but that wasnt it.

status station xxxx and post (where xxxx is the called number)
display cover path x (where x is the called station's cover path)

you have Send All Calls activated. It is on screen one above.

oh thanks. Should I just change this to no? Why is it only going straight to voice on this extension only when many use the same coverage path?

Code:
display feature-access-codes Page 3 of 9
                               FEATURE ACCESS CODE (FAC)

Send All Calls Activation: *3 Deactivation: #3

dial the code to deactivate SAC

tirk, it's very simple. Someone either knew the feature access code (FAC), typed it in by mistake or something else. It sends any call that the specific extension which has enabled SAC (see your 'status station xxxxx' screen for the entry 'SAC Activated? yes') straight to the coverpath of choice.
The easiest way to turn it off is to have someone type in the Send All Calls Deactivation code, as AvayaTier3 a.k.a. Brett showed above. Typically FACs don't change. So it's a 99.9% chance that the FAC of #3 will work at the phone to deactivate SAC for this extention.

thank you all for your replies. I have some more questions. I tried to activate Remote SAC so I could activate/deactivate that way as well. But it wont let me add any numbers except FACS that are already assigned. Enter 1-4 digit number; * and # may be used as first digit.

Here's my diaplan:

Dialed Total Call Dialed Total Call Dialed Total Call
String Length Type String Length Type String Length Type
0 1 attd
1 4 ext
2 4 ext
222 3 ext
3 4 ext
333 3 ext
4 4 ext
5 1 fac
6 3 ext
7 3 fac
8 3 dac
9 1 fac
* 2 fac
# 2 fac

Can I just change the total length of * and # to 3 or 4?

so you don't have entries for Remote SAC when you look through your FACs via 'display feature'?
you should make sure your own exension has 'console permissions'.

nope nothing for remote SAC and yes I have console permissions. I just need to be able to add it to FAC but cant currently.

7 3 fac

701 - 799 should be available

I got it. after checking the dialplan I see the 7xx range is available giving me plenty options. I set Remote SAC to 777 and 787 and deactivated the user that way.

thanks. looks like you beat me by a few seconds.
