Calls randomly disconnect on one extension

I have IP Office 406 v2 running 3.0 (69) with a mix of VoIP and analog extensions.

My problem is with only one of the analog extensions.

When a person makes any type of call whether it be internal, incomming, or outgoing, the call gets disconnected after a random amount of time. It could be 30 seconds or 5 minutes. This phone had worked previously for a good amount of time. It seems as if the problems started recently, possibly after changing the call restriction setup. However I have tried changing the settings back and it still has the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me fix this problem?

Try deleting that user completely out of the system and program it back in. Most of the time if I have an unexplained issue in Ip Office or V-mail Pro, comepletely deleting an extension or module and then program it back fixes the problem. Then stop and restart the Manager and V-mail pro.
