Calls on GSM line shows wrong or no caller ID

Hello,
I have integrated a GSM gateway device with Avaya IP Office 500 V2.
Calls made to the GSM line either shows wrong caller ID or displays no caller ID and on certain times, it displays the right caller ID.
What could be the cause and how can I resolve this challenge.

It is connected to an analog port.
 
Ok how many lines do you have on this device connected to the IPO.

Set your ANALOGUE LINES to ICLID in order to get the ID from the GSM GATEWAY.

you may have some lines set to show ICLID and some set to loop .

ALTHOUGH having said that the ID should show when answered..

Use SSA AND LOOK AT THE ACTUAL LINES..
You will be able to see if the caller ID is being presented.

Otherwise contact the GSM gateway installer to see if they have activated it for all lines.
