On one of my lines, if the call is not answered, it goes to a general delivery mailbox. I would like for this not to happen. I would prefer to set up a message that provides the extensions for the group members and allow the callers to dial the 4 digit extension at anytime. If possible, i dont want to set up a CCR tree.

Thank you for the tip. Can you explain to me how to build a table? I only want to provide options to dial the extensions for 3 users. My voice mail is a NAM.

There is no setting to restrict certain extensions, you can allow or disallow directory acces from the voice mail. Set up one of the extension for FNA to his mailbox and allow everybody acces, or make a new extension and mailbox with a cheap or extra digital phone and have the employees verify the mailbox on a schedule.

basically what i would like to do is when any user calls, if call is not answered id like a voice mail messages that gives the 4 digit extensions for the 3 members of my group and allow any of the callers to dial the 4 digit extension and have the calls go to that extension. I do not have alot of experience with programming Nortel so i appreciate any help

I don't think you can get there from here
Once a call is in a mailbox you cannot dial another extension or direct it back to the AA.
If callers are dialing into your group directly using a DID or a dedicated trunk, you could have it answered by the auto attendant after 4 rings where you can have a home menu giving them their options.
