I have an SCN with 4 locations 4.2.23. The customer states when calls from one site come in to the main location a member of the group picks up the phone and it continues to ring the group phones the other member tries to answer with the same result. If the first group member hangs up and tries again she is then connected. I will head to the site and try to duplicate. Has anyone seen an issue like this before? Is it most likely a routing issue?
