Hello,

This is my first post in this forum, so I'm hopeful that I explain our situation correctly. Please make suggestions if there is any additional information I can/should provide. We have an IP Office 500V2 with version 11.0.1.0.

Whenever one of our users (with a 9508 phone at extension 110) calls another user (9611G phone at extension 119) - if 119 has twinning on, the call from 110 goes immediately to their twinned device, no ring at the desk phone at all. If 119 has twinning off, the call from 110 rings normally at the desk phone. If other users call 119, it rings at the desk phone and then at his cell phone as expected. If 110 calls any other extension, it also rings at their desk and cell as normal. I have looked through the configurations for both users and extensions, and can't find anything out of the ordinary. At this point I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Bill James

If it were me I would delete the use and renumber the ext for 110. Save it. And the recreate user and change the ext number back. Sounds like something glicked in that user some where. I would also recommend upgrading to the latest service pack.

Thanks for your suggestion and help, BUDBYRD. Interestingly enough, I got everything backed up, documented and ready to delete and recreate the user - then I logged her off the phone. Just for grins, I logged her back on and tried to call extension 119 - it worked! All I had to do was log her off and on, and her calls no longer go directly to the other user's twinned cell phone. Thanks again!
