I am getting some reports of dropped calls in our call center. They are all on 5324 sets with 3.0.0.5 firmware. I am getting a lot of these errors on the 3300around the time of the dropped calls and never when our call center is closed. The local telco has been hard at work on this issue for a week and it has improved, but these errors make me nervous that something else is going on. Would someone be able to translate/recommend a course of action?
