I have an IPO small office edition connected via a VPN to an IP406(both running 3.2.65). A call in either direction over the IP line is automatically put on hold for about five seconds after the phone goes off hook. i.e. If I call a direct extension on the small office and an employee picks up the phone we both get five seconds of dead air. In call status it shows the call in a held status and then it connects. Calls using the analog lines from the small office work fine. I have another office using a small office edition and do not have this issue. And I've compared the IP line settings and there are no differences. Could someone shed some light on this for me?
