Calls appear on CA keys instead of queueing

Calls come in on DDi to system shortcode to VM shortcode, plays menu options, user selects transfer option, call rings to group in rotary mode...users have 3 ca buttons, when users are on a call, some calls appear on 2nd and 3rd CA keys instead of queueing, no call waiting on users or groups...3.0.59...dont want multiple calls to present
 
make sure the calls are going to the group and not to individual phone exts.
 
Turn off busy on held?? Probably only happening when somebody is on hold.
 
Dont you mean turn on? it is off on agents, they all have 6408's....this shouldnt happen unless a call is transferred or agent is rung internally??? Ill try turning on and see if that make sa difference
 
Sorry yes, turn it on! Otherwise calls will come in on the other appearance keys when on hold (not during a call)
 
get rid of the third CA button (c=) and add RESERVE_LAST_CA=1 to the source of to the NoUser account.

This will allow only one active incoming call on the set.
 
Site is 3.0, Reserve last ca is broke until 3.2, then u need to put it on user source number, not no user...I think I clicked , ugraded from 2.1 to 3, new requirement was ca keys, after programming them you are prompted...CA keys have been programmed...clear busy on held....simplest of things in the end
 
RESERVE_LAST_CA= works fine on 3.1

RESERVE_LAST_CA= works on V3.0.69+ & V3.1.44+ it was not available befor these releases.
 
the feature it is designed for works but it also causes problems with group voicemails the user is a member of, pre 3.2 anyway
