Hello all. I have a customer with a CallPilot 150 with 3.0 software. I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve CCR Tree reports past the last 7 days, or if there is a way to program it to save data for more than just 7 days. The report I'm talking about is the one that shows how many times people press option "1" and option "2" and so on. Right now it's just a rolling 7 days, but they want to be able to see the report for 3 weeks ago or more if possible.
