CallPilot 150 CCR tree reports past 7 days?

Hello all. I have a customer with a CallPilot 150 with 3.0 software. I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve CCR Tree reports past the last 7 days, or if there is a way to program it to save data for more than just 7 days. The report I'm talking about is the one that shows how many times people press option "1" and option "2" and so on. Right now it's just a rolling 7 days, but they want to be able to see the report for 3 weeks ago or more if possible.

Try under feature 987 option 7 report 9 this is the method to access reports on a NAM and I think that it may carry forward to the CP ...you need a printer hooked up to the serial output.

off of the GUI Interface you can check the reports area and see if the CCR reports are there

Thanks for the reply. I am able to see the report, they just want to be able to retrieve data from more than just the past 7 days which seems to be all they can get now. They want to be able to retrieve data from the past 14 days for example. Do you know if this is possible?
