Opt 11c Release 4.5 with 3904 sets. Recently upgraded from r24.24 to r4.5 All sets have been flashed in LD 32.
The client is an executive suite in FL where I have a day and night IDC table routing incoming tenant calls to a receptionist during business hours and to the tenants after hours. The receptionist has a 3904 set. The tenant name has been loaded against the IDC entries in LD 95/DCNO so as the call is directed to the receptionist, she can answer appropriately.
The trouble being reported is in situations where multiple calls are arriving on the SCR keys of the receptionist, she briefly sees the tenant's name info, however as another call arrives, it is replaced with that next call's tenant name. As she places the calls on hold and returns to them, the name information is replaced with network name
information [in the case of my test call, she is now seeing my PRI's name information].
I'm not sure if the display on the 3904 can support all of the information [it's possibly being pushed off the screen] and I do not believe a DSP key will help after the call is placed and retreived from hold. The client was not reporting this prior to the r4.5 upgrade to my knowledge.
I'd appreciate your counsel.
Respectfully,
