Callers list key on 3904's

Ok, I am probably missing something simple. I have a CS1000, version 4.5. My 3904's are all version 8.9. I have CLT on button 27 turned on and can see 'Callers' on the display, however, the call log never logs any calls to it. What am I missing? Here is a sample TNB:

Did you try one of the working phones on a TN that didn't work to see if the working phone still worked there?

If it works on a non working TN, then it is the phones that have the problem.

Have you activate DNDA?
If not do it and it should work.
