I have an ISDN line, a caller info is diplayed in the phone ?

is ip possible to delete a caller info when I transfer this call to another internal extension ?

exemple: when a call come to extension x, the number 23458788 is diplayed in this phone.
When I transfer this call to extension y, I wan't see only the internal extension and not 23458788 ?

well...not with the transfer button...on 4.0 and up you can park the call, and they wont see it until they pickup...Only other option I can think to try would be to transfer the call to a VM Module that has a menu and dial EXTN from it, and on the transfer action you can set what the receiving party sees on the display (on the specific tab) this is on 4.1 and up

try transfering to a short code similar to this

feature dial Extn

where N= extn to transfer to, obviously you can change the prefix to whatever suits your config.

i know the S prefix works like this but haven't tried it with W. you may need to experiment a little.
