Caller ID ?

Is it possible to disble caller ID in phone ?

the problem is when I route call from an analog trunk, it rings only one ring in the first user in hutgroup and passed to the second user in list ?

is it possible to increase the number of ring ?
I make no answer time:20second

I guess you have analogue phones. Look in the Extnension setting and turn off the CLI type.

what caller id are you seeing.... if you have it set to just Loopstart and NOT loopstartICLID then you shouldnt be getting any.

gk, does loop disable CLID, or just let the first ring through rather than delay it one ring for CLID data to be presented first?

In the UK, it cuts the delay...

i.e. an analogue trunk (set to loopstart) will ring before a A trunk set to loopstartICLID

I thought it used to even on loop, but would not present CLID until after the second ring. Seemed to me I had to correct dozens of line settings which were on loop not CLID when they were not getting CLID presented before the call was presented/ringing. Oh, well hues it is my halfzhiemers again.
