Caller ID when Transferring Call

We have two sites in two different locations who are both running the same Avaya IP Office 500 v2 system.

If a call is transferred from site 1 to site 2, it does not show the caller id of the caller, instead it shows the caller id of the person who transferred the calls.

Internally, it will show the caller id of the person who transferred the call and then when the transfer has been passed through, it will show the caller id of the caller which is the way I want it to be for external calls.

Any idea how to do this?
