Customer on Rls. 9.1 with SIP Trunks. Have a handful of Remote SIP phones running through SBC. Remote SIP phones are Internal Twinned to office desk phones. When calls are made from remote twinned phones, the caller ID is coming up with 91 prefix plus extension. How do I manipulate the Caller ID to reflect the Caller's DID?

Program a new dialing short code (I usually use something like *6N) and ARS table for CLID Passthru, where the Telephone Number field is programmed to send 'Nssi' when it receives any input from your new dialing short code.

In the SIP Trunk configuration, select the 'Diversion Header' Option under Forwarding and Twinning.

Configure the mobile twinning tab to use the new dialing short code, and it should work for you.

Please forgive me but I’m not following. How does the short code get triggered.

My mistake. I didn't see the 'Internal' part of your twinning explanation.

You should be able to control the digits sent out of these SIP phones in the user configuration, under SIP, there are three fields:

Program those with the number you wish to display on outbound calls
