Weird request. Customer wants multiple call park buttons. They would like to be able to see the Caller ID on each park slot before they pick up.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

Do you gave park buttons programmed.

If you make the call and parked it.then retrieve it, it shows the called number you dialled.

Have you tried it yet yourself to see if the incoming call shows the number when parked or have you just put the question out there to see if some one knows.

All you have to do is press the parked button and retrieve it.

I am asking if anyone knows. They are looking to buy an IP Office but need this requirement.

Is there a way to hit the park button once, see the caller id, and if they want that call hit the park button again?

Looking for Something like that.

That's the way it works with 1400 series phones. Put multiple park buttons on the phones. To retrieve a parked call, press the Park button once, you see the CID info. If you want the call, either press the Park button a 2nd time, OR press the CPKUP soft key under the LCD screen. If you DON'T want the call, don't press the buttons.

9508 phones don't work that way. Pressing the Park button connects you to the parked call immediately.

I don't use Parking really much. But I can think that the system wide option DSS Status under telephony could help here.
