i have a md110 VERSION=CXP1010001/5/BC11SP14/R4C
I bought the license to activate the caller id
on the analog extensions, i could not initiate an
extension with caller id , this message appears:

How did you manage to buy Caller Id for an old BC11 system?
BC11 was closed for add-on sales 3 yars ago.

The license FAL 104 6191 was introduced in MX-ONE TSW and does not work in BC11.

This looks like a clear case of fraud, that someone is illegaly selling RTU licenses.
Where did you buy this license? What EIC-number do you have?

Regarding the sales of licenses for equipment older than BC12, we were able to buy add-on licenses for BC10 this year, when we asked our vendor they told us at first that it was not possible, but then they checked at E-shop and said they were able to buy them.

Caller ID with BC11 over analogue extensions is working with certain patch, so it works, but AASTRA (X-Ericsson) should provide you with SACOS and patch file for this.

i bought the license from the local vendor
i have already used the ELU29 R10J board
but it does not work. the local vendor said that
it needs a batch file for the bc11???
