Caller Display on 5.0(8)

Hi, We have recently updated our IP Office 500 to 5.0(8) and since the upgrade incoming callers names that are in the directory are not being displayed. Only the number is displayed. Has anyone else experianced this issue? we are using IP 5610 phones?

Have a look if there are any double numbers in the directory and if there are spaces in the directory numbers?

Thanks for your help, I've checked all the numbers in the directory and there are no spaces in any of the numbers. Could special characters such as - in Directory names cause problems?

Spaces and - character can be used in the Dir, the rest will give you problems.

· Space and - Characters
Directory entries can also contain spaces and - characters. These will be ignored during name matching and dialing from the directory.
