I deployed a caller application and am experiencing a 10 to 15 second lag before the transfer takes place... the application is set up as follows.
Menu option 1 (transfer to extension)Message Desk
Menu option 2 (transfer to extension)Receptionist
Menu option 3 (transfer to callerapp)Weather Info
When selecting option 1 there is a lag then the operator comes on and says please hold. After another 10 seconds passes the caller is tranfered to the message desk where they can tranfer to any extension on the pbx. Any Ideas on how I can cut down or elininate the lag time?
