I have a callflow set up as so.
1. Call goes to ACD 1824
2. NCFW 6008
3. CDN 6008 DFDN 3060 (Voice Mail)
4. VSDN Table 6008 to MS (Menu Service) 60080067
5. Option 2 Call 6083
6. 6083 MARP on 500 set and Appears on 2616 key 11
7. 6083 FDN and HUNT to 3082
8. 3082 is a 2616 with FDN and HUNT to 3060 voice mail
Problem is when the call gets to 3082 it rings no answer. But is I call 3082 it goes to voice mail.
Why is my call thru the menu not getting to my mailbox. The mailbox is 6316 with Extention DN 6083.
