Call will not go to Mail after going thru ACDN & CDN?

I have a callflow set up as so.

1. Call goes to ACD 1824
2. NCFW 6008
3. CDN 6008 DFDN 3060 (Voice Mail)
4. VSDN Table 6008 to MS (Menu Service) 60080067
5. Option 2 Call 6083
6. 6083 MARP on 500 set and Appears on 2616 key 11
7. 6083 FDN and HUNT to 3082
8. 3082 is a 2616 with FDN and HUNT to 3060 voice mail

Problem is when the call gets to 3082 it rings no answer. But is I call 3082 it goes to voice mail.

Why is my call thru the menu not getting to my mailbox. The mailbox is 6316 with Extention DN 6083.

What type of mail are you using? I can set this up and do some testing with both Octel and Meridian Mail.

Why the CDN? Why not just NCFW ACD 1824 to 3060? Is this CDN acquired?

do you have sfa in cls on 3082.. you have a lot more steps then you need, why doesn;t 1824 ncfw to mail?

jamie2, We have Meridian Mail. The reason we set-up a CDN was that in the furture we would like to go to Symposium. I guess that 1824 could be programmed as a CDN.

johnpoole, I will change CLS to CFA on 3082 and give it a try.

Symposium. will require a few changes, if that is going to end up an acquired cdn the extra step will help. i am adding symposiumn now. pretty sweet little server. we bought the rack mount. not my 1st install on that box but it's a re-learn process

We have Symposium in 3 call centers. Works really great. We will be installing in one or two more locations.
