Call waiting tone

Hi dear members !
My question is maybe a little bit confusing:
When an extension is busy and a second extension is calling it, how to set up a call waiting tone? I mean that the second calling party not to hear busy tone but to hear a waiting tone until the first conversation is released and the second conversation can be establish.

For hear callwaiting when B party is busy press 5
And for call back press 6 after hear busy from B party

00 Not permitted to initiate or receive call waiting tone.
01 Permitted to initiate transmission of call waiting tone.
02 Reception of call waiting tone from another extension permitted ***).
04 Reception of call waiting tone from another extension and PBX operator
permitted ***).
06 Reception of call waiting tone from another extension, PBX operator and
external line permitted ***).
