A customer is having Call Waiting turned off on one of their phones nightly, the user is part of a hunt group which has CW turned on. I've deleted all shortcodes that would be for turning cw on/off so the user is not turning it off that way. It seems every morning, we have to go into manager and re-check Call Waiting for the user.
