Hi Team,
A receptionist is unable to transfer a call when she receives a second call on her phone. Initially when servicing one call, the drop/transfer button are enabled but upon receiving another call, the buttons are inactive and she has to put the call on hold first.
I have tried the various solutions on the forum but none seems to work.
I have setup 5 Line appearances, to handle multiple calls, under multi line options I have enabled Reserve CA, not the issue is still persisting.
