OK, I have a G350/S8300 system with a G250 as a registered Gateway. I have phones on separate Network regions for the LSP functionality, and all is great. Now the main site just got Music on hold, and since I do not have tenant partitioning on (yet), I created a set of mirrored CORs so I can say NO to "hear System Music on Hold". All seems OK, but then I get a call saying one person cannot transfer to another on the same gateway, and they could before the COR swap. Here is the last part of the trace that shows me what is up:

Code:
                                LIST TRACE

time data
12:10:08 denial event 1738: Conf/xfer unstable calls D1=0x93c D2=0x20e
12:10:08 transfer station 8951 cid 0x20e
12:10:09 idle station 8951 cid 0x20e
12:10:09 unhold station 8951 cid 0x20c
12:10:09 G711MU ss:off ps:20 rn:2/1 10.16.161.29:42722 10.16.72.2:2056
12:10:09 G711MU ss:off ps:20 rn:1/2 10.16.8.2:42592 10.16.161.29:42722
12:10:09 G711MU ss:off ps:20 rn:2/1 10.16.161.29:42722 10.16.8.2:42592

Now I have made certain the original COR and the new COR is identical in EVERY way except the Hear Music. Any ideas as to why the call denial for unstable call?

I am in the process of adding Tenant Partitioning, so that may be the answer long term, but this really bugs me. I verified all my FRL's are the same and the inbound trunk is all OK.

Thanks,

Not sure what is going on but you do know that setting data privacy on the station forms turns off MOH?? May be a easier solution until you can get Tenant Partitioning turned on.

I did not know that. Thanks for the tip. I did get the Tenant File loaded last night and separated the locations, so that is all working now. The COR thing really bugs me. I even had one station tell me they could not call another with a different COR (12 to 3)???

Very bizarre, and I know there is a technical reason for it.

Thanks!
