I have two G3si systems that have medpro cards. Each site can dial extensions by 4 digits such as one site dials 25** to reach one site. Now we had to start using 26** extensions and these numbers are not routing over the IP tie. Can anyone provide me with info on how to add the 26** to route over the tie?

Take care.

Take a look at your uniform dial plan (UDP) in the working range...then mirror the setting for your added group.

You will likely find it under "change uniform 25"

Look at the settings for the "25xx" number and then add 26 in an identical fassion.

UNIFORM DIAL PLAN TABLE
Percent Full: 0

Matching Insert Node Matching Insert Node
Pattern Len Del Digits Net Conv Num Digits Net Conv Num
25xx 4 0 151 aar y

You would want to do a cha uniform 26 and mirror what you saw under your working range the 25

I am used to Succession, do you know what manual the config is in for the UDP for Avaya?
