Call Routing/DND 1

Hi

Can anyone think of a way of doing the following.

User when out of the office wants to forwards calls to another user/group.
However wants certain calls from particular numbers to be forwarded to their mobile.

I can see a way around doing the call routing to the mobile via DND exception, but can't see a way of routing calls that are not in the exception list to another user.

Customer has voicemail pro, so not sure if there is anything we can do via voicemail pro?

Send his DID to a VM module.
Generic action to get his DND status.
DND off, transfer to his extension
DND on, Variable Routing to match the special telephone numbers
Matching number, transfer to his cell phone
No match, transfer to wherever it need to go internally

better yet use a VM Pro Leave start point for this user (with the same type or routing)


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Many thanks for this, another question.

As the DND number changes, this has to be something the user needs to enter (therefore the CLI routing not via voicemail pro)
Can the DND exception list be used instead?
