Hello, I would like to know how to change the call routing coming into our main number. I am new to the system after taking over for the previous admin.
I'd like our main number xxxx to go directly to voicemail while our company is closed the week of December 28th. Right now it is handled in a Hunt Group using an automated attendant, I believe?
i've tried to change the coverage path on the hunt group 1. That works but when I do a test call it still asks them to press 2 to leave a message in our general mailbox. Any thoughts on the best way to accomplish this temporary change?
