Is there a way to get IP office to make a report of how many calls and duration a set of extensions used? or is it all add on software like OAK? What I want is simple. to have it say the sales team (and a breakdown by extension) make X calls a day and each call is X minutes.

Depending on what version of IP Office you are running - installing Delta Server - setup to log files every 24 hours - would serve your purpose. You could then load these simple CSV files into Excel or a database for analyses/reports. They dropped Delta Server from Release 6 - but the Release 5 Delta Server will still work - kinda.

We are running version 5. Where can I get the info on delta server to evaluate if it will fit our needs?

You can download the Delta Server Installation Guide from Avaya.com under IP Office Release 5.0x or just Google it.

The actual Delta Server installation software is included in the Administration CD (wherever you unzipped the R5 Administration CD in the CCC folder).

Delta server presents the data in raw format, to make it easier to read and extract the data you need call logging software really :)
