call recordring error in Contact Store

I have an IP Office 500 8.1 with VM Pro and now contact store for call recording. (Same server)
the call recordings keep filling up with the error
Minor Alarm Failed to compress audio file for recording MSG358663802701172.wav. Reason Not available
( The MSG number changes for each different error)

I have searched hard but I cannot find any direction on this error. It fills up the logs and then when you go to search logs shows no records found. as soon I clear the errors the files then show up. It is still recording but does not allow into the data base.

anyone out there used contact store before?

Find where the corruption is occurring.
Stop the Contact Store service to stop the wavs leaving the VRL folder.
Make some recorded calls.
Can you now export and play the .wavs from your VMPRO VRL folder?

Also try making a new directory folder called recordings2 and have contactStore drop them in there. Can the files be played now?
If they can, change the directory back to default and see what happens.
