I have an IP Office 500 8.1 with VM Pro and now contact store for call recording. (Same server)
the call recordings keep filling up with the error
Minor Alarm Failed to compress audio file for recording MSG358663802701172.wav. Reason Not available
( The MSG number changes for each different error)
I have searched hard but I cannot find any direction on this error. It fills up the logs and then when you go to search logs shows no records found. as soon I clear the errors the files then show up. It is still recording but does not allow into the data base.
anyone out there used contact store before?
