I looking at getting call recording configured for an Avaya IP 500. We have 40 users connected to it and would like to record all calls. Does anyone have any experience of this? There isn't alot of money available to throw at the project so looking at a bit of a ' cheap and cheerful ' system. Can anyone recommend anything? Is there such a thing like ... a second-hand system where licenses can be transferred between companies? I think the answer will be no but just asking anyway
