Call Pilot Reset.

Hi!
I have a CallPilot 100 installed in a 3x8 DR 5.1, only for pruposses of test.
At first time the CallPilot works fine, but after 2 or 12 hours its freeze......LED's no blink, ping to the IP is OK, but I can't admin.
When disconnect the CallPilot, and restart, in the serial port appears the message "TCM out of sync" "If you change the KSU reset the CallPilot" and reboot.
When resseting the CallPilot, works fine again......but again the same problem!!!!
Any have ideas?????

Make sure that your Call Pilot don't have a bad power supply. Some came out ealier this year and within 48 hours of powering up the CP it would lock up. I don't remember the date codes but I'm sure somone here does.

uhm....I'm not use the original Power supply, maybe it's the problem, but when the fail it's present the 9Vdc it's correct........the DC no fail......

What is the CallPilot software version?
Press F983 login and then press 9 to get version

This release of CallPilot is one of the very first releases and has known issues. I would advise you upgrade to 3.0 the latest release will also patch your old bootloader and DSP firmware.
