Hello everybody. I put in a CICS 7.0 and a Call Pilot 100. The customer has 3 lines and 6 stations. They would like to have 5 voice mail boxes on the call pilot. They want the 3 lines to be answered by the call pilot after hours and on weekends. Message should say something like “press xx to leave a message for bob, press yy to leave a message for jim ect... So I should have the call pilot AA answer the 3 lines after 4 rings? Should I also setup CCR? I tried to stumble through it today and had little success. Also I didn’t quite understand how to set the greeting table. Could not figure out the time chart. Business hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any help on this would be appreciated.
