Call Pilot 100 -disable AA Greeting

Installed a new Call Pilot 100 2.1 . Customer wants the DID calls to go straight to their personal mailbox after 4 rings. Currently, after 4 rings, it plays the AA greeting first, and you have to re-enter the extension. How can I disable or bypass this AA greeting, so it goes directly to their personal mailbox after 4 rings?

Make sure that re-direct dn is turned on in the call ilot.
 
Redirect turns of a single ringing alert. I want to turn off AA greeting. Would one of the F 983 features work?
 
changing the line #(196) to ans=no does not work. CP does not answer at all.

If the DID is assigned to ring at the ext. only (not to the AA) and the CFNA is set to forward to the VM DN after 4 rings the calls should go to the exts. MB
 
that was it! also the VM port was changed mysteriously... Thanks!
