We have three Park buttons programmed on each phone
Call Park 1, Call Park 2, Call Park 3
While on a call if you press the button, it parks the call in that space
Not on a call if you press the button, it gives you information about the call and then let you decide whether you want to pick it up or not.
On another system that we manage it does a different behavior: it just picks up the call out of the parking space immediately. We like this way how do we set this? I can’t remember how I program this 20 years ago.
