I have configured call park on our system (CM S8300), and I can park calls just fine. The call pickup isn't working. I have a feature access code set to call pickup, which is how you pick up a parked calls, I believe but i get a fast busy. Any ideas?

Code:
display feature-access-codes Page 1 of 9
                               FEATURE ACCESS CODE (FAC)

Call Park Access Code: *6
Answer Back Access Code: #6

Retrieve parked calls by dialing the Answer Back access code and the extension
where the call was parked. Or press the same Call Park button used to park the
call.

Thanks. That fixed it. Not sure if you can help me with Send All Calls. I set up the FAC

Send All Calls Activation: *3 Deactivation: #3

This fits the dial plan, but when I dial abrv-dial list system, which is set to *3 it gives a busy single. When I dial #3 I get three beeps. I have tried swapping the codes around, but whatever is in SAC activation I get a busy signal. Not sure what I am missing.

*3 from station 1234 activates send calls for a cover path for station 1234
#3 from station 1234 deactivates send calls for a cover path for station 1234

does station 1234 have a cover path assigned to it?

It did have a coverage path, but I double checked that coverage path and noticed that DND/SAC was set to n. Switched and its now working.
