We just got an IP office 500 system Embedded VM etc. For the life of me I can't find where the call logs are kept. We want to look at who called at a particular time, also one of the sales managers wishes to tell how much each of the sales team spends on a call, how many calls a day, etc.

There are no saved call logs unless you take some actions.
Read here and search for SMDR:

Call Avaya, costs only €400 per hour, you must buy at least five hours.
But then you can talk to a REAL expert....
Now that is what i call support.

I clicked on the user and searched SMDR and it had 0 results. I did find Customer Call Manager, which looks like an extra add on...

oh I found it under the business partners section, looking into it now. Any idea what TCP port to use?

i've not used smdr outside of delta server/oak, but i would assume that the port would be dictated by the app/service that was listening for smdr.

depending on your firmware version i would look into delta server temporarily, but bear in mind that any future upgrades may render it obselete.
