Call log shows unknown

Hi

i got an ipoffice v2 Running Version 10.0. The call log shows unknown in the incoming call log. If i press detail i can see the number.

Do you guys have any idea what the problem is? we are running SIP from telco provider.

Where do you see "unknown"?

SMDR, Xima, other software?
