The call log options on a 3904 phone set stopped working. This 3904 has a KBA attached and use to be able to go through and see missed calls. We tried swapping out with another 3904 to see if the problem corrected, but had the same problem with a swapped out 3904 too.
Is there a setting I need to check on the switch to enable (or disable) call logging for a digital line? Any assistance would be appreciated.
We are running a Avaya CS1000 version 7.5 with analog, digital, and IP lines. This is happening with the digital line and appears to have stopped working.
