Call Log Options Not Working on Nortel 3904 Phone Set

The call log options on a 3904 phone set stopped working. This 3904 has a KBA attached and use to be able to go through and see missed calls. We tried swapping out with another 3904 to see if the problem corrected, but had the same problem with a swapped out 3904 too.

Is there a setting I need to check on the switch to enable (or disable) call logging for a digital line? Any assistance would be appreciated.

We are running a Avaya CS1000 version 7.5 with analog, digital, and IP lines. This is happening with the digital line and appears to have stopped working.

Callers Log on Taurus sets M3903 and M3904 not updating

CLS must be CNDA and CPND must be configured

The M3903 model stores the last 10 incoming calls and the last 5 outgoing calls. The M3904 stores the last 100 incoming calls and the last 20 outgoing calls.
With a CLS of CNDD no calls will be stored.
The CPND data block must also be configured in LD95, or the sets will register outgoing calls but no incoming.

I do not believe the anything was changed on the DN. I see CNDA in the TN. Posted below to see if I am missing something. I do not see CNDD listed in the TN.

This was working and then suddenly stopped.

Have you tried going through the phone options and checking to see if someone didn't accidentally turned off the logging function?
 
Yes, we went through the options on the phone to check settings too. We put a new phone there temporarily to see if that was the problem and still would not keep call logs. I have not been over to check it myself, but I had one of my staff over to check through the options. I am going to go over there the first part of next week to check the issue. Did you see any problems in the programming I posted that would prevent it from doing a log?
 
Has anyone upgraded / downgraded the M3904 phones firmware?. Have you checked out all the phones in LD 32 under FSUM ALL and just FSUM?.

I do not believe the phone firmware has changed. I am not familiar with FSUM. They have been using the same phone at that DN for years and suddenly it stopped. Any help on checking the firmware version?
