since day 1 with the new phone system up here in HFD the call log, and most specifically the missed call log doesn’t work for beans. We opened a ticket with Avaya but it was never resolved. I was asked again yesterday by one of our exec’s “So how does this thing work” and I had to again say it doesn’t. It appears, and this is only a guess that the other sections work, meaning the answered call log and the outgoing call log. Some entries could be missing there too but I really haven’t noticed. The missed calls log is what we seem to miss the most.Please give me any advise to fix the call logs.
