I have 9630 phones on my CM 5.2. Sometimes users see only 9 digits on their phone display instead of 10 so when they go to their call log afterwards to call the person back they cant because the last digit was not dispalyed. This is also happening with internal extensions. When user A call's user B the call goes through but when user A goes through his call logs he only see three digits of the extension he called instaed of the four digits. Any ideas is appreciated.

What's your 46xxsettings file look like?

Code:
############# ENHANCED LOCAL DIALING RULES ###############
## Country Code
## For United States the value is '1'
   SET PHNCC 1
##
## Internal extension number length
## If your extension is 12345, your dial plan length is 5.
## On 46xx phones, the maximum extension length is 10.
## On 96xx phones, the maximum extension length is 13.
## This value must match the extension length set on your
## call server.
   SET PHNDPLENGTH 7
##
## International access code
## For the United States, the value is 011.
   SET PHNIC 011
##
## Long distance access code
   SET PHNLD 1
##
## National telephone number Length
## For example, 800-555-1111 has a length of 10.
   SET PHNLDLENGTH 10
##
## Outside line access code
## The number you press to make an outside call.
   SET PHNOL 9

Hope this helps.

Thank you,
I checked the settings file and the number of SET PHNDPLENGTH was set to 4 I changed it to 7 and reboot one of the phones. But since the issue is intermittent I will monitor it and hopely it solves the problem.

Well only change it to 7 if you're running a 7-digit dialplan...
