Call Listen 1

Hi

I went to setup call listen for my colleague on button programming to listen in on another staff member but when they try to use it a busy message tone is heard and a busy message shows on the phone, we have it previously set up for other staff so i don't have a clue where it's going wrong, any help will be appreciated!

No options are ticked thats why im a bit puzzled
 
Nothing puzzling. For the listener "Can Intrude" must be ticked and the user targeted must be in his monitor group, for the listened to user/party "Cannot be Intruded" must be un ticked :)

 
Seen this with Profile corruption.

if the above doesnt work, delete the user. Merge. then copy a known working user, rename etc and merge.
