hey guys,

i can get the call listen feature to "monitor" calls if i tell the user he can monitor that group. is there a way i can monitor ANY phone without having to set up monitor groups? could i just simply set a button as ADVANCED-> CALL-> CALL LISTEN and then leave the action data blank to listen to ANY phone/user?

thanks

the monitor group needs to be set in the user tab.
if you try and monitor a phone thats not in your monitor group it wont work.
make a monitor group containing all users if you want to be able to monitor all calls. then set that group as the monitor group.

Nope. Well at least it shouldn't work that way. Why not just make a monitor group and put every user in it?
