Call Listen call showing on the agents phone manager!

A supervisor is trying to listen to an agents call anonomyously for monitoring purposes. It works fine but the agent can see the supervisor connected into the call in the status window.

I have tried several versions of phone manager in case of a bug but this has only happened since we upgraded to 3.1(65).

This is a real problem as the agents are hanging up a dodgey call as soon as they see the call listen supervisor appear!

Any ideas?

The programming seems ok a per the notes etc.

Known issue.
Fixed in the september maintenance release of 3.2
