Call History not showing missed call?

Hello,

I have an issue with digital 9508 phone, when call is not answer and goes to voicemail the call history miss call button doesn't lite up.

But When i do the same test but this time with a 9608 Ip phone and call goes to voicemail the call history button lite up... ??

Any hints why it's working with IP phone and not with the digital?

Depending on what Version of IPO. There could be a bug... Need more information

you do have the logs enabled correct

The more information the better. You should always say what version you are running on your control unit.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I have the same issue on two different release , on R9.1.6 and on R10.0.4

Log is enable on every one, all phones program the same way

I have the same issue on an IPO 9.0.12 release.
I will install a logging software to check what is happening.
