Call hangs after embeded voicemail takes call

I have another problem with my Line appearance lines and when a call comes in and no one answers the call goes to the embedded voicemail in IP 406 DS. After the greeting and the beep to leave a message and the call is gone the line appearance line stays lit for about 2 min's. After that the line drops. But until that time you get the voice message then a dial tone then the operator message.

Are they loop start lines? If so are you getting CPC from the CO or disconnect supervision? Sometimes you have to ask for it.
